We use the USPS for shipping items that we sell, unless specified otherwise. We offer free shipping within the mainland US for some of our products and provide discounted shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii. Typically, if an item is within the 13-ounce limit, we will ship using First Class mail. Video games, for example, weigh less than 13 ounces so we ship them using First Class mail. Books are usually shipped through Media Mail or Parcel Mail, unless it qualifies for First Class package. For bulky, fragile, or sensitive items, we typically would use Priority shipping. All packages/shipments will have their own tracking information that will be provided to customers. If an item requires special handling or shipping, we will clearly indicate this in the specific listing description.

Some items may be eligible for international shipping. Please contact us to inquire about specific items and if they are eligible for international shipping.

We typically handle and ship out items within 24-48 hours. We always try to get items out as fast as we can. Items that are sold during a holiday, a day before a holiday, or during weekends, may be shipped out on the next business day. If for some reason, there are unexpected delays in our handling time, we will notify buyers right away. Please understand that once the item leaves our hands--dropped off at the post office--we no longer have control over the package. As mentioned, all packages will have tracking information so buyers can monitor its progress.

Currently, we only accept payments made through either Google Checkout or Paypal.

We only sell authentic products. We clearly describe items we sell and provide photos where we can so that buyers know exactly what they're getting. We get our products from known, major suppliers and we don't make a lot from individual sales. We get our products at discounted rates and some of these savings we'd like to pass on to our buyers so that everybody's happy.
